Today I was at my apt. minding my own business while all of a sudden I hear the Police helicopters flying around where I live near the University of Puerto Rico. Apparently there was some sort of pacifist manifestation on campus until the Police arrived trying to interrupt what was going on. Reporters from Al Jezeera were seen covering the incident that ended up with quite a few students arrested...

Great article.
WatchThis video was filmed on Tuesday May 18, 2010 in a national stoppage that was made in support to the University of Puerto Rico. Thousands of workers gathered in San Juan to let the students know they are not alone. I believe this is an excellent way of understanding (through images) the union between the struggle of the students and the people.
