Today the local police decided to break the locks from the gates under the ruling of the chancellor Ana Guadalupe of the Rio Piedras Campus. They have prohibited the students on strike to go in and out of the campus and to receive basic needs such as water and food, which has been happening for the past three weeks. A father was arrested for trying to hand in a meal to his child. He was thrown on the floor and obligated to wear handcuffs.
